About CityDev

CityDev was established in 2016 by Bernard Stegmann. It is a property development and project management company that specializes in the development and construction of affordable housing developments in Gauteng. CityDev’s full service offering for delivering quality homes includes bond finance applications, bond registration and transfers, construction, and project management. CityDev has successfully completed several projects namely: Lufhereng, Devland & Alliance/Daveyton Glen. In the Lehae development several phases have been completed thus far and the project is still ongoing.

Number of completed homes handed over to our clients:

1. Devland – 70 Residential 1 houses
2. Lufhereng – 142 Residential 1 houses
3. Alliance/Daveyton Glen – 278 Residential 1 houses
4. Lehae – 617 Residential 1 houses

The secured CityDev projects are:

In addition to the above-mentioned projects, CityDev is currently in the process of securing a
further pipeline of +- 2000 additional Residential 1 stands in the affordable house sector in
Gauteng, and more specifically in the Johannesburg, Ekurhuleni, and Mogale City Metropolitan
Municipality regions.
