Since 2016, Citydev (Pty) Ltd has been at the forefront of affordable housing development in Gauteng, South Africa. CityDev’s full service offering for delivering quality homes includes bond finance applications, bond registration and transfers, construction, and project management.
Our commitment to creating quality homes for our clients has driven our success.
Over the past six years (2018–2024), we have completed six successful projects, with more than 1200 homes handed over to mostly first-time homebuyers. With five ongoing projects and several more in the pipeline, we will be handing over
± 700 homes to satisfied clients by the end of 2027.
